Established in 2003 in Shanghai, the SBV Group has set up offices in China and Brazil, where we first began developing our brands. 

SBV started as a company focused on environment friendly lightining products through its own brand SOLEIL, which grew rapidly in Brazil. These efforts made way for Kollermann Tools, a brand of tools and hardware items that have become quite popular in the marketplace.

SBV soon entered the toys and entertainment world, launching Spock, a toy with revolutionary voice-recognition technology which ranked as one of the best selling items during Christmas 2009. As a result of this success, we created Toys Talk, an innovative toy company and 38 House Productions, a production house specialized in animation and TV content.

Over the years, SBV has also worked in conjunction with consumer goods brands on development and manufacturing of products in China.
